Sample testing is otherwise known as Benchmark Testing. 

Home Integrity Testing can test the integrity of the building envelope at an earlier stage to identify leakage paths in order to rectify any areas of concern prior to compliance testing.  Previous clients have found this useful as rectifying problem areas post completion is a time-consuming and expensive exercise.

For larger building developments it is often advantageous to test a sample of the first batch of houses complete, so that recommendations from the sample test analysis can be implemented in all further builds.  This helps ensure all subsequent builds will pass the air tightness test first time.
